I am really angry with hp for locking like this. This is not normal

This is a peer to peer forum.

 

I do not work for or represent HP.

 

I doubt HP will help you with the problem because they will only support your notebook for W10 Home--the operating system it came with.

 

Again...I suggest you contact Microsoft, and I am confident that they should be able to help you.
