Stuck on Lock Screen. My laptop from 2014 I do not remeber last password used and the email used for account has since been deactivated. Please help I would like to log in without loosing my data.

I understand that you are facing issues with logging into your computer and forgot your password.

 

You may have to factory reset the PC back to its original settings. You may refer to this document.
