Found old labtop, forgot password, I cant download anything for updates, tried to reset it, obiously says cant find drive,  seems like everything. how can I get in the old admin account to download the things I need? Seems like I have tried everything

I had the same problem with a laptop that was given to me.

 

Download Hirens Boot (currently version 15.2) and create a USB stick with it.

When you boot into Hirens do a search on Passwords and it gives the option to load utility to change the windows Passwords. While there, enable the ADMINISTRATOR account in case the change password doesn't work.
