I'm wondering if anyone has an idea which of these KB updates might cause a problem with my 2012 HP Pavilion g6 notebook computer.

They're optional updates so I realize I don't really need to install them, but I like to have all updates installed, if I can.Capture.PNG

Hi,

They are "Optional" therefore it is up to your choice. Just tick them and they will be installed.

I normally turn Optional off. Sometimes they do more harm than good.

Regards.

I didn't know if someone might have an idea which specific one might cause more of a problem than the others.

I'm pretty sure that back in 2013 and 2014, I was able to get the computer working with all updates installed but I thought I might hide whatever one was the main problem.

As it turns out, I was able to re-install Windows 10 version 1709, again, so those 4 optional updates in Windows 8.1 don't matter anymore.

Thanks for your help.
