Product: HP Victus 16-d1007nq
I bought an HP Victus 16-d1007nq laptop which came with a FreeDOS system and some electronic manuals (another way to say the customer has to install his own OS). I installed Windows 11 on it, and in the process the initial disk partitions were erased.
Because I am not pleased with the laptop I want to return it to the store, but before I do that I should restore the drive to its original state.
I launched HP Cloud Recovery Tool and entered the Product ID, but it is not recognized:
Any idea how can I restore the drive to the original FreeDos partitions?
