Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0101tu bought 3 months ago It was worked fine since I got,  once BIOS Update  on 15th Aug 19 has started completely freezing up with sound and sometime without sound. i tried to update all existing drivers and other troubleshooting got from HP  sites, but still freezing up, even tried to reset laptop but it was again freezes once operation reached up to 55%, then force boot but issue not yet resolved,  I tried to get help from HP support through chat but did not get proper support as the person said I do support US customer only.

could you please someone help me to resolve this issue.

Please download and install the following Realtek audio software

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97021.exe

I downloaded driver from given link and installed, it is giving error as "The Driver is not supported on this OS version(10.0.17763)
