HP prebook 430 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been attempting to install Windows 10 from a bootable USB drive (previous OS Win7). All seemed to go well, the OS installed properly it seems until the laptop suddenly restarted with the resulting black screen with no cursor. I have tried all sorts and cannot seem to get anywhere witht the installation. I have re made the bootable drive from the Windows 10 ISO and tried another fresh install. I cant seem to get past this error code;

0x80070003

Can anyone provide me with a fix for this issue?

Thanks
