Your post got moved to its own thread -- probably because you tried to hijack someone else's thread -- so there is no history of problems, here.
The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...
So, please provide the following:
1) detailed model number of the PC
2) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
3) Age of the PC
4) Detailed description of the problem

And this is one reason having that button in big blue letters "I HAVE THE SAME QUESTION" is not a good idea. It encourages people to, as you say, hijack a thread. Not to say we didn't see it before. I actually prefer posts not being moved and cause this confusion but it seems having that button and still splitting threads is sort of contradictory.
