HP Elite Dragonfly
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is frozen at Sure Start with two icons in lower right screen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure yet if this resolved the issue since the problem is on my boss's laptop but this is what HP suggested:

HP's solution is to roll back the BIOS.
1: Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord.
2: Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
3: Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.
If the HP BIOS Update screen does not display, repeat the previous steps but press the Windows key and the V key.
This will initiate a rollback of the BIOS.
I'm still waiting to hear from my boss. If I don't update this then this was the solution. Otherwise I'll update this with whatever resolves the issue.

After trying this the issue was still there so my boss turned off the laptop till late last night. When she turned it back on it booted up normally.

So, not sure if this process helped but I'm leaving this here in case it did.
