Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I need some help, I did a full factory reset using the hp recovery program, by pressing f11 at start up, when it gets to the very end of the process, I get an error saying the restoration has failed, it gives me the option to try again , save log or cancel, when I try it again it goes through the whole process again, and after an hour or two, I get the same error message, when I press cancel and reboot the laptop, it brings me back to recovery manager, and wont boot into windows, any ideas would be great, thanks.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer if the factory reset system isn't working, would be to reinstall W10 using the cloud recovery software.

 

Here is a link for more info on how to create W10 installation media using the HP cloud recovery client software...
