Hi I'm doing a full reset on my desktop all in 1 computer and it's been stopped on 42% for a long time what do I need to do to fix this without essentially killing the computer thankyou

What is your AIO machine ? How old is it ? How do you do the Factory reset ?

Had for a couple of years just rarely used and I just went through setting for full reset to starting system been stuck on 42% for hours doing nothing I have used computers for years to know what to do these days haha
