HP Chromebook 11 G8 Education Edition

When I power up my Chromebook, which is managed by my school district with Enterprise, I only see the Log In page briefly before it transfers to Co:Writer Universal App and asks me to log into that app.  I cannot get to the regular apps when I do log in to the Co:Writer app.  I have done a hard restart and Powerwash on one device to no avail.  Is there another way to reset the device so I can log in through the normal Enterprise log in screen?
