Hi Team,
My claim was officially approved 18 days ago by HP Global Promotion Services . I have reference number already and contacted all HP Customer support and email address provided by HP itself. However, I still have not received my GCash voucher code email. Am I still able to receive the Gcash voucher code? or maybe am I still able to receive the gcash voucher directly to my Gcash wallet?
Hope I will receive a helpful response. I am hopeless.
