Man I’m so aggravated with this omen.  I have an rtx 4090 with i9 and keeps crashing when I start up any game.  Screen goes black fans turn on and computer just hard resets.  Called go guy was super nice helped me out with some bios downloads and it worked for two weeks then BOOM now it’s even worse. Open up web browsers and ten minutes goes buy then computer shuts down.  Starting to think I should have stuck with apple.

Hi,

That's a proper gaming rig and the games should be nice and smooth. Do you have the MUX switch in UEFI on dGPU(4090 only)?? I don't trust the Optimus Managers and other software for switching the graphics cards. There could be also an issue with Windows. I assume that you are using the latest nVidia drivers and not the HP ones from the Support Assistant.
