I bought a laptop on December 30st 2024 and was told that the warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase. However, it turned out that my warranty started on November 15th and only lasts for one year. I have the purchase receipt. When I try to contact support, I get an error on the website. Please help resolve the issue
