When I try and use the finger print reader Windows says there isn't any data. When I looked further I was told by windows that I do not have an app to supprt biometric devices. The Geek Squad has been workin on it and apparently wiped out the appthat supports inputing fnge prints. The reader blinks and it seems to be working, sort of.
