I have HP Pavilion - 15au327tx notebook, this device of my had came with Windows OS and Office Home & Students 2016 License, this laptop had been used by one of by cousin who don't have anything to do with Microsoft Office so he never activated the Office in it, now due to some circumstances this laptop need to get formatted (which is already done), and now i need to installed office and activate it,
i need to know about the license details came with this laptop, so what is the best way to get it ?

First off, you do not need the windows product key to reinstall Windows 10. When you do that, simply skip over the part where it asks for a product key and once you get the install done and get online, it will contact the MS servers and automatically reactivate.
Second, we do not have the information on the MS Office information, so we have nothing we can provide you. It is likely to be too late now to activate it, but you would need the license information to do that. You would have to contact HP Customer Support to see if they can help you with that>

thank you so much for your response...
i have already installed windows OS and it is activated as you have said, but now the issue is with Office,
i did tried to contact HP Support but there they have not kept any option to connect their executive directly, i think i have to visit authorized HP service center...
Thanks Again

I'm not here to discourage you, but the Service Center is unlikely to have the Office licensing information you need or the download -- they do hardware repairs and servicing. You mentioned an executive at HP, but what you really need is the Office license information, not a manager, so if Customer Support does not have it, you are out of luck.
Sorry.
