Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

My HP notebook with Win 10 got slow. So I did a factory reset, but chose to do it withou a backup as that would take so many hours. Now when I start my Notebook, it says 'checking media' and the Fail. It does this twice and then 'The selected boot device failed, Press Enter to continue, that just repeats the cycle. Start with <esc> and with F9 and F10 still show me all the options, if I do the diagnostics all returns as normal and working well, incl the hard drive.

I know I can make a bootbable USB drive to get it started again, but all our other computers in the house are MAC's.

Now I am stuffed. How can I make myHP working again.

I created a MS-FAT USB drive and downloaded the HP bootable ISO file on that, but when I want to download that 5 GB file on a new 100 GB disk it still says 'not enough place', which I can not understand.

can somebody help me ?

Thanks
