HP Recommended

Ever since receiving my custom built hp laptop (HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000) about 2 months ago, I've used it a few days a week. I've experience the blue screen (Bad_pool_caller) at least once each day I used it. And today I got the blue screen (same bad_pool_caller) like 4 times. Is there any fixes to make it stop.

 

Any help much appreciated.
