Getting error 0x80070570 during windows 10 installation from windows 8.1 please help

run cmd (admin)
cleanmgr

sfc /scannow

net stop CryptSvc
net stop Bits
net stop Msiserver
net stop Wuauserv
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.OLD
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.OLD
net start Wuauserv
net start Msiserver
net start Bits
net start CryptSvc

reboot
try again
