Getting flickering issue from the day one I bought this product. But I am not getting support

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion X360 convertiable laptops
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi All,

I am struggling to get help from HP support. I am keep on sending chat to Whatsapp messages to the HP support group, but not even getting response now a days. Whenever I am running vedieo's the laptop is behaving strange. Going blank whenever it is running.  I have shared all the artifacts in the HP support whatapps group. last two days no one has responded back. Really, I am very much disappointed with this kind of response.  I need someone who solve this problem completely.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
