To all, I understand that many has maybe went through what I have went through recently but let me tell you the story of how it all went down. I got the blue screen crash and well I followed all the darn videos on what to do... I started off with trying to back up my files automatically and got the "RECOVERY MANAGER ERROR" and couldn't save it. Then followed other ways of doing it and it finally saved. I've went through all they hardware and system checks and it was all passing. Push come to shove I downloaded the windows 8.1 and started the process.... got to the screen to where to install or repair... I clicked repaired and well it could not fix it... so I installed the windows and saw that im starting from scratch. So I put it on file recovery and grabbed it and couldn't get nothing. There is more that I did in-between this but yes I lost all my HP support, Windows 8.1 pro, all the drivers and software programs that I had when I first had this laptop....... So question now is...... how can I get back my things? HP wont help and I'm sure they saw what I had in the system before. I even think Microsoft would know also....please help
