I had upgraded my device from windows 10 to windows 11 in 2022. Since then it has become extremely slow and difficult to work with. I want to go back to the original OS the laptop came with. Can I use the "Reset this PC" feature for to factory reset my device? My laptop came with windows 10 preloaded with MS Office Home edition. If I use the reset option, will it take my laptop to the out of box condition including the MS Office application? If not then what do I need to do? Please help.

It is unlikely you will be able to recover the MS office application.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the notebook.
I have no idea if MS Office will be reinstalled and if it is you will need to have the product key to activate it.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

If you were to use the 'Reset this PC' option, you will end up with W11 again.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I would not be able to help you with that.
If you did not retain a copy of the MS Office key, it is unlikely you can recover it.
That is a question best answered by Microsoft.
