Hi @iamsilly,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand HP sites (only HP)  are blocked from Google Chrome. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve issues with accessing certain websites. To do this in Google Chrome:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
  • Select "Browsing history," "Cookies and other site data," and "Cached images and files."
  • Click "Clear data."

Try Incognito Mode: Open an incognito window in Google Chrome (Ctrl + Shift + N) and try accessing the HP site. Incognito mode disables extensions and might help identify if the issue is related to any installed extensions.

Disable Extensions: Temporarily disable all extensions in Chrome to see if any of them are causing the problem. You can do this by going to chrome://extensions/, and toggling off each extension.

Check Firewall and Security Software: Sometimes, security software or firewalls can block certain websites. Make sure that your firewall or security software is not blocking access to HP sites.

Update Google Chrome: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome. Outdated browsers can sometimes cause compatibility issues.

Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 operating system is up to date. Some compatibility issues may be resolved with the latest updates.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
