Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
15 no19wm when updating to Win 10 build 2004, graphics driver is borked. Mouse is jerky if working at all both with touchpad and wireless mouse. Had the same issue with build 1909 but was able to roll back to previous driver( Windows basic graphics driver) and everything worked. I don't have that option in 2004

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W10 AMD graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
I believe any of the other drivers automatically installed by Windows have that odd-ball mouse issue.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
