H key on keyboard stopped working and got a message saying the Control key was being held down.
After being on the phone for a while and getting nowhere, it was finally admitted that if it's a hardware problem - which it clearly is - they will not replace it. These are the types of things one would ASSUME would be covered by a warrantee.
I have been a long time customer of HP products and am VERY disappointed in this type of customer service.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you have trouble with the H key, and after talking to the support, it's recognised as a Hardware issue. Please let us know if you bought the keyboard separately or did you bought it as a combo pack with the Envy Tower.
Please note: Products that are under warranty can be replaced; if out of warranty, there will be a service charge.
Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
