HARD DRIVE ERROR

My computer boots up here and there when it wants to, and then it works good for about a week then it wont boot up again. Sometimes i get lucky on the 20th or so try it will boot up. I rand a hard drive check and got this error

OTWJ1A-78FBGG-MFPV7F-60WL03

how can i repair this error??

Hi:

The code you posted reports a Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure.

The only way to repair the problem would be to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

If you decide to replace the drive, you may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W8.1 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive by downloading the W8.1 64-bit ISO file from the link below.

Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)

You can use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
