Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
For (original) Windows 10/11. please use Cloud Recovery tools

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your laptop. The FAILURE ID you received indicates a failure in the primary hard drive bay of your laptop's hard drive. This means that the hard drive may be damaged and cannot be accessed properly by the system.
Unfortunately, this type of issue usually requires a replacement of the hard drive. Depending on the severity of the damage, it may not be possible to recover your data from the failed hard drive. However, there are professional data recovery services that may be able to recover your data from a damaged hard drive.
To fix the issue, you will need to replace the hard drive with a new one and reinstall your operating system and programs. If you have data that you need to recover from the failed hard drive, you may want to consider contacting a data recovery service before replacing the hard drive.
