The spec page for that model indicates it has a 500 GB 5400 rpm SATA hard drive.
Look in the BIOS to see if that is confirmed. The screen shot posted only indicate the 😧 drive

It is not stated why you are reinstalling Windows 10, but if there is anything on that 😧 drive that you value, it needs to be moved to another media or at least backed up. Then I would load a Linux Live OS (This does not change anything on the hard drive) to look at the drive as represented in that OS, just to see if it is recognized. Then depending on the extras of the Linux distro, delete everything on the drive, so it is empty. Then try the Windows installer again. If you do not wish to do that then replace the hard drive and start with an empty new drive 500GB or 1Tb.
