Product: Pavilion DV7 6195us
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently updated my Pavilion DV7 6195us from Windows 7 Home to Windows 10 Home 1909, and It started to work very slowly, looking for a cause I found that one of the two HDD the primary HDD (TOSHIBA MK 5076 GSX) Is working most of the time beetwen 95 and 100% veryfied through Task Manager.

What can I do to solve this Issue that is extremely slowing my Notebook?

Please use Task Manager and sort Disk column to see who is/are the culprit. We can work out from there:

Even if I close Waterfox the behaviour is still the same
