Hello @Shiva0617 .
You can disable some functions in Windows but perhaps this is complex for you, however, I do not think it is necessary to make some kind of modification for the proper functioning and performance of Windows on your computer, however, I would have recommended that you install an SSD that has excellent read and write speed for the system to go smoothly.

Yes but I had to something more to make my computer fast ? I had installed new 8 gb ram also please tell if you know
