HELP FOR MY LAPTOP'S HANG AND LAGS

I HAVE BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP [ NAME= HP LAPTOP-3CTFUJ06 ] 2 TO 3 YEARS AGO AND I HAVE INSTALLED EVERY UPDATE STILL MY LAPTOP LAGS,HANGS AND FREEZEZ ALOT . MOREOVER AS E-LEARNING IS GOING ON MY DEVICE IS HANGING ALOT WHICH CAUSES VERY MUCH DIFFICULTY . I JUST WANT THIS LAPTOP TO WORK AND PROCCESS FAST SO I DONT'T HAVE ANY DIFFICULTY FOR MY WORK . I NEED URGENT HELP .

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the PC for further help? Here is how to find it

I would also try performing HP Hardware diagnostics at boot and see if there are any hardware problems (such as the drive)

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.
