I need to reset my pc as its not doing good. So i went to Reset This PC > Remove Everything > Cloud Windows Download And Installation>Clean Data YES . THis is the recommended option if i wish to clean the windows drive fully to completely eliminate any virus/malware, etc. So that my pc runs properly. And it says "Clean the drive. This may take hours, but it will make it harder to recover files.

I Searched and some places say this "Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed." Will this remove HP exclusive programs such as HP Coolsense, HP Smart and HP Audio Switch and so on?

Depending on your source of the recovery task and your options: Remove Everything > Cloud>Clean Data YES. That means it will remove everything including any apps your PC manufacturer installed.
