You can find BIOS files on the driver download site on your support home page.

 

If you have a problem, post back with the product number (ProdID), which is on the bottom cover of your notebook.

 

Click the link below and go to '3. Manually Recover the BIOS' then to 'Recover the BIOS Using a USB Recovery Drive' for how to recover the BIOS with a usb drive.
