Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got blue screen of "critical service failed" and black screen of "preparing for automatic repair", but it never fixes and reboots.

Windows XP? Really? Likely not. Try a diagnostic on the hard drive and memory....tap esc as you power on then F2, then component tests and you will see a hard drive and memory test at a minumum and likely much more. Run the full tests overnight and report back results, please.
