Please I have  hp victus 15-fa00000(680A2AV) model Im looking for a way to get all the realesed bios versions rolled out for it especially version f13

Click to expand the Revision History section and that will have all of the previous BIOS version release notes and below the release notes will be the links to the download files including F.13.

I will try this it doesn't look exactly like my own but similar i hope it doesn't change anything or cause crashes with the bios but ok i will try it out

And also when I tried to update the bios my usb flash drive isn't showing in the bios recovery, I tried to turn on secure boot, of and on usb priority but still not showing  up please help

All I could help you with was where to find the previous BIOS versions.
