HELLO EVERYONE! MY PRODUCT ID IS Y4F77PA#ACJ . I LOST MY RECOVERY MEDIA KIT DUE TO HARD DISK FAILURE AND DIDN'T KEEP A BACKUP OF IT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO GET IT BACK. I TRIED HP SUPPORT BUT MY PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. SO THEY CAN'T TO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. IF ANYONE HAVE A IDEA ABOUT THIS ISSUE. PLEASE REPLY! THANKS IN ADVANCE 🙂

You can download Windows 10 installation media from Microsoft and get the drivers from HP Technical Support, Help, and Troubleshooting for your machine.

Hi, @Shanthan_Rao
Your model notebook appears to be supported by the HP cloud recovery client tool.
You can use that tool to create a bootable recovery drive that should restore the original W10 OS, drivers and software that came with your PC.
