Okay so usually I know how to fix this issue however on this laptop no matter what I do it won't go away.

I tried to boot from a Windows recovery installer and I got the same driver PNP watchdog error, I thought that was weird and maybe just an issue with my usb so I tried a different SSD with Windows 10 and I got the same exact driver PNP watchdog blue screen.

I figured at this point the BIOS may be corrupted so I did a recovery but that didn't fix anything either.

Putting the original SSD in a different computer it works fine, what is wrong with this computer because it's not the operating system and it's not the BIOS.

Note: the system is out of warranty
