I tried updating bios from F4.2 to F5.1 and it was successful after starting it keeps restarting like loop showing the black screen.
Even tried Win+B or V but no change. and USB recovery also not working. Please solve the problem

I am sorry for the issues you experience
- Try restarting the PC - press and hold the power-on button for at lest 5-6 seconds until the computer powers off. Wait a couple of seconds and try to start it again - if this solves the problem , use it like normal
- Make sure you read the official HP article on such matters and make sure you exhaust all possible options.
- If you did try everything and nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your PC for service/repairs
If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one. Here is more info:

Consider bringing the device to a service center for repairs.
If the PC is in active warranty, contact HP Support first.
