My laptop has a BIOS update but I can't access the updating process.  I hit ESC during POST and the BIOS info is there, but no option to update it.  Any wisdom appreciated.  Thanks.

No need to access the BIOS to update. Simply Download and Save the latest BIOS from your Support page. After download is complete close any open programs, be sure power adapter is plugged in and double click the downloaded file to update.

Thanks.  Apparently I can only upgrade to F04.  I was previously trying to upgrade to the also-listed F11, but when I attempt to do so, get the message "The BIOS update is blocked on this device."

I suspect my device won't support F11and F04 is better than F02, I suppose.

Again, thank you.

Sometimes I think BIOS update files are accidentally published to wrong model page. The F.11 isn't even listed in the sequence with F.04 and other versions so I belive F.04 is the  latest for your model.
