Hello, I Own An Hp notebook 15 Da0022cy. It was Working Fine until Today I Had Virus Protection on it and Everything on Was Working Properly Everything Was Updated. now it Won't Power up And won't Charge if and there is no Led light. there any solutions the please help. it also has a none removable battery

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on. 

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

  • Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours sometimes this fix the issue.
