Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am needing the system recovery disc for this model.

HP Cloud Recovery doesnt seem to have this product LOT32UA#ABA, even a search by serial number came up with a totally different laptop

 

thank you for any help

HP withdrew support for 15-f2xx models long ago when they reached the end of support life. Your serial number is retired too, and it is now assigned to a different model.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool is said to be supported until PCs reach 5 years of age.

 

Your only other option to install W10 is to use the Microsoft W10 download site below. 

Download Windows 10

 

Download and run Media Creation tool to create a W10 installation USB drive. You just need a minimum 8 GB USB drive.

 

Upon a completion of a W10 installation, run the Windows Update and open 'View optional updates' and install all drivers.
