Hi
I am using an old HP 15-r061ne notebook PC with 6 GB of memory and Windows 8.1 (64 bit). I would like to know which Windows update is compatible. i.e., Windows 10 or 11 ? and I would like to know the steps to update it. Moreover, when using Microsoft Teams, the camera is not working; a message pops up showing ''unable to access the camera'' but my drivers are up-to-date. So, should I buy an external camera ? or Is it because Microsoft Teams does not support my PCs in-built camera 'HP TRUE VERSION HD'.

Hello @Vipinp , how are you ?
This model is compatible with Windows 10.
In the link below, it has all the compatible drivers for the version:

Regarding the camera, ensure the video driver is updated.
I´m waiting

@Fabio_L32 Thanks for your reply. Im currently having windows 8.1. I updated the camera driver, but still, the camera app is not working when using Microsoft Teams.
Also, I would like to update the system to Windows 10. Could you please advise on how to do this ? because I dont see anything under settings-Windows Update

Hello @Vipinp
Test it in the Windows camera app.
See if it will open
Best regards
