Hi


Been having issue with this HP laptop model 17z-cp100 (17-CP1000), it would work one day and next day would go into nonstop reboot loop on its own

 

Please can you confirm what is the DIMM model on this laptop to confirm I have the correct DIMM and what is the maxium memory this laptop support? I am currently running it with 32GB Cruicial CT2K16G4SFRA32A  (2 x 16GB DDR4 3200MHZ CL22)

 

Just want to confirm this is not the issue

Hi @ZalZal 

 

I don't think this is the problem, the frequency is correct, make the following steps

 

In windows search type CMD, in the result click run as administrator and type (One at a time and then enter)

 

sfc /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

 

then restart windows and check.
