Hi, I have laptop HP 17-x026ng, at time of update, electricity turned off and laptop doesn't turn on. I need to install BIOS from zero, but when i enter a drivers and bios download on HP website, I see only BIOS update and not full installation files. Can someone link me it, or send it to mail: [Personal Information Removed]

Hello @VLJ133

Recommendation and solution

(1) Try this HP standard procedure:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpiGUojtr3E

(2) Please report your results

(3) If (1) fails:

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Short circuit test

- bios chip desolder, bios reflash, bios chip solder in
- General cleaning ...

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

In this video, you will see how to restore the BIOS on your HP computer. Many HP computers allow you to recover the last known working version of the BIOS from the hard drive in case of an issue. Follow the simple steps in this video to restore your BIOS with ease. Chapters: 00:00 Introduction ...
