HP 250 15,6″ G10 (780R8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello All,

I've been looking for 2 drivers for the HP 250 G10 (780R8AV) for 2 days now and I can't find them anywhere.

1) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A3&SUBSYS_8B33103C&REV_01

2) PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A4&SUBSYS_8B33103C&REV_01

The installed system is Windows 11 Pro 22H2 x64

Thanks for any advice

You're very welcome.

I don't know how that driver that was marked as solved on the Dell post worked because it was not the right one.

I found it and have zipped it up and attached it below.

The driver is part of the Intel chipset driver.

The actual files are located in the AlderLakePCH-PSystem setup information file.

%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A0Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A0
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A1Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A1
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A3Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A3
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A4Desc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A4
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51AFDesc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51AF

Download and unzip the file I attached and manually install the driver like you did earlier this morning.

This time it will work.

This is where I found the answer...I searched by the first hardware ID you posted and found this.

Hardware IDs for Intel® NUC 13 Pro [Mini PC/Kit/Board]...

Then I just searched for that NUC 13 Pro Mini PC on Intel's website and got the driver page for it.

This was the driver that the first webpage indicated was needed to install those two ID's.

Hi:

This post for the same ID's on the Dell support forum indicates they are installed by the Intel Management Engine Interface driver.

Solved: Dell G15 Windows 10 Missing Drivers - Dell Community

I checked the version of the Intel Management Engine Interface driver on your notebook's support page and driver setup information file does not contain driver support for those two ID's.

I recommend you use the driver from Intel that the person on the Dell forum posted.

Intel® Management Engine Drivers for Windows® 10 and Windows® 11

Unzip the file to its folder and then try manually installing both devices as follows:

I'll walk you through the first one:

Go to the device manager.

Click on the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A3 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then do the same thing for the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51A4 device.

Hi,

thanks.
I tried, but it is not even this driver.
I think the main problem is that the laptop has the 13th generation Intel Core Processor.

You referenced driver is only until the 12th generation processor, maybe??

And the newer version of the driver seems not available yet.
