HP 250 G7 Notebook PC (9JH74AV)

I have an HP 250 G7 Notebook PC. I'm trying to use the HP Cloiud  Recovery Tool app downloaded from the Windows Store, but the download doesn't complete. It always stays at 0.0%. I've already changed USBs, used other Wi-Fi networks, and tried other PCs, but I can't solve it.

I installed this app but it doesn’t appear among the available models in the list

Check if it support HP Cloud Recovery Tool Supported from here:

If not, then your laptop may be an older model; you can create a bootable USB using a Microsoft Windows 10/11 ISO and Rufus software, or use installation media tool by Microsoft. For drivers, just run windows update and it will install all required drivers.

Es wird mir angezeigt, dass es über die App heruntergeladen werden kann, die über WS installiert werden kann. Wenn ich es jedoch verwende, wird die Systemdatei trotz Erkennung des Modells nicht heruntergeladen.

It tells me it can be downloaded from the app that can be installed via WS. But when I use it, even though it recognizes the model, it doesn't download the system file.

You can run HP Cloud Recovery Tool on any other Windows laptop/pc and try. If HP Cloud Recovery Tool fails to download the recovery image on different Windows laptops, then you can reasonably conclude that HP no longer provides a usable cloud recovery image for that model/product number.

In this case, you need to use Microsoft windows 10/11 like i mentioned in my above comment.
