Hello HP,

I have tried downloading the hp cloud recovery it keeps failing have spent 12hrs today trying to download recovery media for my HP 250 G7.

 

My notebook is still under warranty and i would appreciate a set of recovery disks mailed out to me. I have 6months warranty remaining on notebook. how can i get a set of recovery disks for my laptop?

I recommend you contact HP support in Australia and see if they can help you with your request for recovery media.

While you are waiting for the recovery media to arrive, you can get your notebook back up and running by making bootable installation media using the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
