Product: HP 255 G3

I have an HP 255 G3 with Windows 10 installed, but I downloaded Chrome OS Flex
The problem I'm having is when I try to download Linux, I get an error message like this
How can I solve the problem knowing that I deleted and re-downloaded the system.
Please provide me with a solution to this problem
