Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 360 14-ba078tx keyboard and touchpad not working but the same works fine in bios. Need help please.  Windows 10

 

I tired hard reset, erased everything and hp original window reinstalled. 

Driver easy driver updates
